Today I completed your quarterly premium pest plus control service. A liquid residual treatment was applied around the exterior perimeter of home for seasonal insects. Also a Weber pole duster to knock down any spider webs on the exterior. The termite monitors were inspected, no signs of termites was found. I added a 4th back by AC unit. These applications are to aid in the prevention of insect entry and control. The 2 exterior rodent stations were refilled with new bait. High activity was found. I inspected and saw rodent droppings in the kitchen, basement, garage, attic and upstairs. I placed rodent stations in the attic two in the second floor, one behind the stove and five in the basement. I placed large rodent stations on either side of the home where the air conditioner units are going into the home. I will have the office call you for a two week Follow up. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected for any possible entry points. None were found at this time. Hello! Today I completed your Premium Plus Pest initial service for ants. Upon arrival you showed me ant activity on kitchen countertops around sink and in upstairs bedroom. I applied an ant gel to the trails seen to right side of kitchen window and along baseboard in bedroom. I started exterior treatment by removing visible and accessible cobwebs using my Webster pole and installing termite monitors to each corner of home. I also treated exterior perimeter of home with a liquid residual for general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for treatment’s best effects. We will be back in 30-days for your first quarterly service. Hello Jane! Today I was here for your one time service! I performed a visual inspection of the sliding door where you notice the carpenter ants. I applied an ant gel bait to the cracks and crevices of the doorway. I applied a liquid treatment to the doorway. I placed carpenter ant granular in the corner near the door and I sprayed the exterior to help with prevention against ants and other general pests. Hello! Today I was here for your Initial pest service. First I applied a liquid treatment interior throughout the entire basement as a preventative for all general pest. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and a lot of ants issues were noticed around the exterior during today's service but I applied ant gel bait in all area were needed. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. I completed your premium plus pest control initial service. We spoke about the termite history of the home. You were unsure and did not know upon my investigation. I found the drill marks on the porch which indicates treatment in the past. I did find termites on the property but at the back of the property beyond 30 to 35 foot of the home. I placed termite monitors at the corners of the home. I dusted the exterior for any visible cobwebs. I removed a few mud wasp nests. I inspected for possible entry points. None were found at this time. I placed a large rodent station on the exterior to deter rodents from entering the home. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for general and seasonal insect control. I treated the basement with a liquid residual and placed glue traps for cricket activity. Hey John, it was great meeting you this afternoon! Today I completed your premium plus pest initial service for mice. Upon arrival we spoke about areas of concern, which were the back right corner of garage, basement ceiling and utility room, pantry, and attic. During my inspection I found droppings in those areas besides the pantry, but you mentioned cleaning up their mess from the seasonings. I did install copper mesh to bottom of basement door frame. I installed 3 bait stations and 4 snap traps: Bait stations - 1 basement ceiling (access is from basement steps 1 pantry next to seasoning basket 1 attic front right from attic entry Snap traps are in pairs- 1 pair in back eight corner of garage 1 pair in back right corner of utility room I started exterior treatment by inspecting for any possible entry points. I could not locate any obvious areas of entry. One entry may be the utility lines to right of home that lead up gutter into attic. After inspecting, I removed any visible an

I treated the interior first floor at the baseboards, in the basement on the foundation footing, and the front area where the dirt floor is. I gave you ant traps to place where ants were seen. The ants may come out and masses at first and should go away almost overnight. A week later, you will have a small reemergence and at 1 and a half weeks you should have nothing.
